Hi, I’m John, a high school senior with a passion for transforming discarded metal into unique works of art. My journey into the world of scrap metal art began in my freshman year, and since then, I’ve been honing my skills, evolving from local marketplace sales to launching this online space to share my creations with a wider audience.
What ignited my fascination with scrap metal art, welding, and fabrication was my school’s program for the trades. Through this program, I gained hands-on experience operating CNC machines, lathes, and welders, laying the foundation for my artistic and technical development. I’m proud to be a certified MIG welder, and I’m currently working towards my stick welding certification this year.
These experiences have solidified my ambition to pursue a career as a fabricator, where I can combine my artistic vision with my technical skills to create lasting and impactful pieces.
